Gateways Counseling Services & Day Treatment Center

The team at Gateways is comprised of specialists in the fields of Mental Health, Substance Use, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Child and Adolescent Development. We see clients beginning at age 3 years until end of life. Gateways is an in-network insurance provider with over 1000 insurance plans this includes Medicaid Wisconsin Badgercare. Be sure to bring your insurance card to the first appointment and arrive approximately 15 minutes early to complete initial paperwork. First appointments can be seen within 7 business days, or with Doctor referral in crisis clients will be seen within 24 hours.
